What is Brilliant AI in one sentence?

Is this another chatbot?

No. A chatbot is one widget on one channel. Brilliant AI is a coordinated team of agents with their own roles, their own data permissions, their own playbooks and shared context about your business.

Do I have to learn prompt engineering?

No. You describe your business in plain English to Sam in five minutes; we assemble the agents and tune them. The only thing you ever 'write' is feedback on a draft.

What do the analytics team actually DO for me?

Ada owns the dashboard + the top-20 metrics + picks the 5-10 that matter THIS month. Trust + control

Will the AI go rogue and message my customers wrong things?

By design, no. Every customer-facing action defaults to a draft you approve. You can dial up autonomy per channel + per action as you build trust. There's an audit trail of every decision.

What if it makes up a price or invents a fact?

It can't, in our setup. A fabrication guardrail blocks any reply that contains a number or claim it can't ground in your business data. If it doesn't know, it says so.

Can I see what it's doing?

Yes. Every action lands in the activity log, with the agent, the input, the decision, the reason, and the outcome. You can replay and audit any thread.

Setup + integration

How long does setup take?

Live in days, not months. The £500 setup includes the configuration of your AI team, your integrations, your tone of voice and a first round of training.

Does it work with my existing CRM / calendar / email?

Yes — we integrate via a unified hub that supports ~3,000 providers. You connect once; we handle the auth + sync.

Can it talk to my customers on WhatsApp?

Yes. WhatsApp, SMS, email, calls and DMs all land in one place, joined by one customer record.

Pricing + commitment

Is there a long contract?

No. Monthly plans, cancel any time. We hold your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.

What happens if I outgrow my plan?

Upgrade any time, prorated. Downgrade at the next billing cycle. You're never punished for changing your mind.

Can I see it before I pay?

Yes. The Free tier includes the setup conversation, a niche-tuned shortlist of agents, and read-only previews of what they'd do.

Data + privacy

Where does my data live?

UK and EU infrastructure only, encrypted at rest, with per-tenant isolation. Sensitive fields are locked to specific agents.

Is my data used to train any AI?

No. Your data trains your platform — not anyone else's. Cross-tenant learning happens only on anonymised, aggregated patterns.

What about GDPR?

Built UK GDPR-aware from day one. We honour data subject rights, lawful basis is recorded per channel, retention policies are enforced in code.
