Cookie policy

We use a small, deliberate set of cookies. No cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies, no third-party fingerprinting.

Strictly necessary

• brilliant-theme — remembers your light / dark preference. Local to your browser; never sent to us.
• session — keeps you logged into your tenant portal. Expires when you sign out or after 30 days of inactivity.

Performance

We use Cloudflare's privacy-respecting Web Analytics — it does not set cookies and does not track you across sites. If you prefer to opt out, install any standard tracker-blocking extension; it'll be honoured.

Optional analytics + experiments

With your explicit consent (the banner that appears on your first visit), we may also load:

• Google Analytics 4 — page views + traffic sources, with IP anonymisation on. Cookies: _ga, _ga_*.
• PostHog — product analytics + A/B testing + feature flags. EU-hosted by default. Cookies: ph_*.

If you click Reject, neither loads. If you accept and later change your mind, clear cookies for this domain — the banner reappears on your next visit.

Third-party widgets

Some pages embed widgets that may set their own cookies (e.g. the contact form embed). We list these in the privacy policy.

Controlling cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still load but you may need to re-pick your theme and log in again.
